Shadow Customs Celebrates 8 Years of Happy Customers in Poole

SHADOW Customs, a beloved local business specialising in van customisation, is thrilled to celebrate eight years of providing top-tier service and craftsmanship to its loyal customers.

Founded and run by husband-and-wife duo Marc and Emily Jerrard, the business has become a cornerstone of the local automotive community, delivering bespoke vehicle modifications with passion and precision.

Over the years, Shadow Customs has grown into a tight-knit team, now employing Marc’s brother Matty and fellow craftsman Michael. But the heart of the operation extends way beyond just the workshop; new addition Marc and Emily’s baby son, Crew, and their loyal dog Bear, are also cherished members of the Shadow Customs family, bringing a greater dimension to the business.

“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together over these past eight years,” said Marc. “It’s been an amazing journey, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible customers who continue to trust us with their vehicles. Most of our customers come to us for their initial conversion, but then the relationship grows as they require more - and varied - modifications to suit their changing needs.  Every project is personal to us, and we put our heart into making each one unique.”

One of their recent projects was for local business owners Lenka and Jonathan Coppenhall from Cool Coffee Cart.

Jonathan said; “We are absolutely delighted with our van.  Our requirements were very unique and we knew exactly what we wanted.  The front half or our van is a camper with our coffee van element in the back.  We gave the brief to Marc and Emily who have created exactly what we asked for.  It means that our business investment also provides a home to us for our trips away in our own mobile ‘home’ so we an just pull up whenever we need to take a rest, and relax.  We have recommended lots of people to Shadow Customs and will certainly continue to do so.”

“It’s always special to work with customers like Lenka and Jonathan, who share our passion for business, adventure and quality craftsmanship,” said Emily. “Knowing that our vehicles are used locally and on longer journeys is one of our proudest achievements.”

With a reputation built on trust, skill, and a true love for what they do – one only needs to look at their top score on Google Reviews - the Shadow Customs team looks forward to many more years of transforming vehicles and exceeding customer expectations.
