Rockwater Branksome February events programme

Branksome’s newest lifestyle venue, Rockwater Village, will be hosting a bumper events programme in February 2024 hosted by local practitioners.

In partnership with Bournemouth’s award-winning beachside gym venue Who Dares Gyms, bootcamps will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6.45am to 7.30am, and Saturdays from 9.30-10.15am. Local coach Emily Coleman leads the Who Dares Gyms X Rockwater Run Club every Wednesday from 6.00pm-6.45pm, featuring spectacular views and a great opportunity to meet like-minded fitness enthusiasts.

Health-conscious guests can also enjoy Rockwater’s Kombucha Workshop from 7.00pm to 9.00pm on Monday 26th February 2024. This interactive brewing workshop will guide attendees in setting up a continuous Kombucha brewing kit, hosted by Hebe from BooChaCha! All materials will be provided, and this workshop is ideal for newbies to the world of Kombucha, which offers a broad range of natural health benefits.

For those who want to push themselves and enjoy the benefits of cold exposure, Heather Ashley hosts Swim – Win the Morning Win the Day! sessions at 09.30am-10.30am on Mondays and 7.00am-8.00am on Fridays.

There is more to Rockwater Village than getting a sweat on, and for those looking for a different type of community, the Rockwater Book Club is welcoming for all. Hosted on Monday 5th February from 6.00pm-7.30pm, and set on the venue’s stunning roof terrace, it is a relaxed gathering for book lovers.

Take a deep breath in and pause for a moment with Ellie Loves’s Awaken: Breathwork for All Class from 6.45am-7:45am. Take in the beautiful coastal views every Wednesday from Rockwater Village’s roof terrace while experiencing an hour-long guided breathwork session.
