New Building Safety Act - Building Regulations deadline 6.4.24

MC Plan and Site Services Ltd are pleased to announce that as a local company we have completed the HSE/BSR surveyor registration process, and now have a collective of surveyors registered in all BSI categories. As a leading Building Control Approver we are able to continue to operate fully within the construction industry, with the capability to inspect all types of buildings.

After a long - and at times stressful process - we'd like to formally congratulate our whole team of surveyors who have all successfully passed their BCCA Competence Assessments covering all categories.

We are proud to be one of the first Approved Inspectors who went through Total Training and Development Ltd (TTD), to complete these assessments with a 100% first-time pass rate.

We'd like to thank David Barley and the TTD team for their help and support on this journey.

Mark Cook our Managing Director said, "It's been a long road but I believe as a company we have supported and guided all of our team individually to ensure the process was fully achievable with the best possible results. It's been an interesting period and at times taxing, as we’ve also continued to carry out our usual day-to-day responsibilities and juggled workloads to our usual high standards, but all involved have come through the other side. We are now looking forward to the 6th of April [now moved to 6th July] with anticipation, when these new regulations come into force.

In the meantime, if you require any further assistance do not hesitate to contact Mark at mark@mcplanandsiteservices.co.uk
