The latest phase of homes from regeneration joint venture, Bournemouth Development Company at West Cliff Mansions has completed, sold out, and started to welcome its first homeowners.

The striking collection of 44 one, two and three-bedroom homes will provide high-quality living in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, while being ideally located half a mile from Bournemouth Pier and the sandy beaches of Poole Bay.

Bournemouth Development Company, a partnership between BCP Council and nationwide developer, Muse, collaborated with local contractor, Parsons and Joyce to deliver the scheme.
